Professional football Pohang has won its first Asian Champions League elite league.
Pohang scored three goals in the second half alone to win the second round of the tournament against Shanghai Haigang, the leading team in the Chinese Super League.
With Wandelson, Hong Yoon-sang, and Han Chan-hee scoring consecutive goals, the opponent was sent off for a rough foul and ended the game easily with a numerical advantage.
Gwangju won 1-0 with Asani's penalty goal in an away match in Kawasaki, Japan, and won the tournament for the second consecutive time.
