The subscription price point of 60.4 is a score that a four-person household with two children with 10 years of homelessness cannot receive even if they sign up for a subscription account for 15 years.

In particular, apartments in Gangnam, Seoul, which can expect high market profits due to the ceiling on the sale price, averaged 72 points, far exceeding the non-Gangnam average of 55 points.

An official from the survey company analyzed that the acceptance line of winning points has risen as the real estate market has recovered and the number of real users who are trying to subscribe with the sales volume from major regions has increased.
