The 17th Gujeolcho Festival in Jeongeup, Jeollabuk-do, has begun its full-fledged program operation with the opening ceremony.
The opening ceremony, hosted by comedian Kim Jae-wook at Gujeolcho Local Garden, was followed by a celebratory performance by singers Kim Da-hyun, Park Chang-geun, Kim Yong-im, and Park Kang-sung.
The highlight of this festival is a garden experience program in which visitors participate in person, and there are many programs to communicate with nature and enjoy, such as "Garden Stamp Tour," "Flower Train," "Surprise Photographer of the Old World," and "Tree Play Emotional Experience."
The Gujeolcho Festival is until Sunday, the 13th, and visitors are expected to continue even if the official festival ends due to the delayed blooming of Gujeolcho due to climate change.
