Members of the Korean University Student Progressive Union, who were arrested at the scene for attempting to enter the presidential office, avoided arrest.

The Seoul Western District Court rejected the arrest warrant for four people, including Daejinyeon member A, who is suspected of infiltrating the joint plot, saying there is no fear of removing evidence or running away.

At around 11:30 a.m. on the 4th, they were arrested while trying to enter the presidential office shouting slogans against President Yoon Suk Yeol's veto of the "Kim Gun-hee Special Prosecutor Act."

Earlier, 20 members of the group were arrested in January for attempting to enter the presidential office, and 10 of them were asked for arrest warrants at the time, but the court rejected all warrants.
