[Seoul] Seoul Metropolitan Government "Promoting Hangang Bus/Yeouido Dock"

The Seoul Metropolitan Government has revealed all the status of the project, directly refuting various suspicions surrounding the construction of the Han River bus and Yeouido dock.

The Seoul Han River Business Headquarters said in a press briefing that it is currently building eight eco-friendly ships at two Eunseong and Gadeok Heavy Industries, and will be delivered to the Han River one after another from next month to February next year.

He then explained that the delay in the business schedule from the initial announcement was due to the delay in approving the final form of the hybrid propellant battery and the decision to conduct more detailed safety-related inspections such as piloting the ship.

He also introduced that all seven of the docks were completed and delivered to the Han River, and that convenience facilities at the top of the docks were installed at the Haengju Bridge and Yeongdong Bridge workshops.In particular, the city of

said that the Yeouido dock construction project was delayed somewhat due to transportation procedures and design changes to ensure the safety of dock mooring, but instead of terminating the project, it was extended because it agreed that securing safety should be a priority.

Regarding allegations that the agreement gave preferential treatment for permanent projects because it did not specify the duration of the project, it dismissed the possibility that the validity period of the wired business license is limited to 10 years and that it is possible to cancel the license for public and public projects.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government said it is developing a public transportation transfer system to improve access to the dock, adding that even if the project is delayed, it will be carried out safely and substantially so that citizens' lives can be enriched and help revitalize tourism.
