The COVID-19 vaccination will begin tomorrow.

The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it will conduct COVID-19 vaccinations from tomorrow to April 30 next year.

The vaccination will be conducted for high-risk groups such as senior citizens aged 65 or older, immunocompromised people aged 6 months or more, and hospitalized at vulnerable facilities.

By age group, people aged 75 or older can be vaccinated tomorrow, 70-74 years olds can be vaccinated on the 15th, and 65-69 years olds can be inoculated from the 18th.

Immunocompromised people over 6 months of age, hospitalized at vulnerable facilities, and residents will be vaccinated from tomorrow regardless of their age.

In addition, senior citizens aged 65 or older can be vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza at the same time.

The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it uses the JN.1 vaccine, which is effective against the latest wave of mutations, and that vaccination-designated medical institutions can be found on the vaccination helper website.
