Apartment prices in Seoul continued to rise for the 29th week, maintaining the same increase as last week.

According to this week's apartment price trend released by the Korea Real Estate Agency today, apartment prices in Seoul remained up 0.1% from the previous week.

The growth rate of Seoul apartments fell for three consecutive weeks after hitting 0.23% in the second week of September, but this week, the decline in the rate of increase has stopped for now.

The Seoul metropolitan area was up 0.06% and the provinces remained down 0.02%, with the nation's gains down from 0.02% to 0.01%.

Apartment lease prices in Seoul also continued to rise for the 73rd consecutive week, maintaining a 0.1% increase, and a 0.05% increase nationwide, continuing a 68th consecutive week of gains.
