According to the results of the special inspection, Jeju Island filed a complaint against three cases, including the implementation of unauthorized projects without a surface survey, exceeding the area of permits in absolute conservation areas, and changing the land quality differently from the permits for development activities.

In addition, administrative measures will be carried out in five cases, including advance construction, unauthorized occupation of farmland, and occupation and use of public waters exceeding 4,700 square meters of permitted area without consultation on changes in the absolute conservation area.
