Labor and management of the Busan subway tentatively agreed to collective negotiations a day before the scheduled strike date.
The Busan Transportation Corporation and the Busan Subway Union announced that they had reached a final agreement on a 2.5% wage increase since yesterday afternoon (10th).
Labor and management also agreed to form a consultative body to change the family allowance standard and expand the scope of safety support expenses.
As a result, the union canceled the strike scheduled from the first train today (11th), so the Busan subway will operate normally.
