North Korean nuclear envoy Cho Gu-rae meets with U.S. special envoy for North Korean human rights to discuss cooperation.

Cho Gu-rae, the chief representative of North Korea's nuclear program, met with Julie Turner, the U.S. State Department's special envoy for North Korean human rights, on the 10th to discuss ways to cooperate with South Korea to improve human rights in North Korea.The head of the

In response, Turner explained that he visited South Korea to discuss ways to find responsibility for North Korea's human rights.
