A gilt-bronze crown similar to the Cheonmachong gold crown in Gyeongju was excavated from the ancient tombs of Imdang-dong and Cho Young-dong in Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
Gyeongsan City said in an on-site briefing that the newly discovered gilt-bronze crown is similar to the national treasure Cheonma-chong Geumgwan in Gyeongju and Geumryeong-chong Geumgwan in Treasure, including a four-tiered ornament.
In particular, various artifacts such as gilt-bronze belts, earrings, and bracelets also came together to show the power of the tomb owner.
The ancient tombs of Imdang-dong and Jo Young-dong are the tombs of the ruling class of 'Abdokguk', a small country in the Silla Dynasty, and have been designated and managed as historical sites in 2011.
