Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, said at the National Audit Office that he would sternly warn Rep. Kim Woo-young, who caused a stir for his harsh remarks.
Representative Lee pointed out in a party announcement, saying, "We urge the entire parliamentary group to pay more attention to their words and actions."
Earlier on the 24th, Rep. Kim took issue with Kim Tae-kyu, acting chairman of the Korea Communications Commission, swearing at a comprehensive audit of the National Assembly's Science, Technology, Information, Broadcasting and Communications Committee.
In the process, Representative Kim himself caused controversy by disparaging the acting representative Kim as "a subject that was a judge" or using expletives such as "you punk."
