Rep. Kim Woo-young of the Democratic Party of Korea has decided to resign from his duty after taking responsibility for causing controversy over his disparaging remarks against judges during the parliamentary audit.

Rep. Kim, the head of the party's political affairs coordination office, wrote on his SNS, saying, "I apologize deeply for my mistake and only for virtue."

He went on to say that he apologized to all judges who were faithful to the conscience of the law in the arduous courtroom, saying that the momentary emotion caused great trouble to the party and its representatives.

At the same time, he explained that he said it was a wrong word because he couldn't believe he was a judge because he had never seen someone who made harsh and threatening remarks like Kim Tae-kyu, acting chairman of the Korea Communications Standards Commission.

Earlier on the 24th, Rep. Kim caused controversy by using expletives against acting Kim, who caused controversy over abusive language, and saying, "On the subject of a judge-turned-judge."
