U.S. government "10,000 North Korean troops move to Kursk"

The U.S. government has confirmed that 10,000 North Korean soldiers have traveled to Kursk, Russia, a battleground between Russia and Ukraine.

U.S. State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said at a briefing on the 4th local time, "Secretary Tony Blinken said 8,000 North Korean soldiers went to Kursk on the 1st, but now we evaluate that up to 10,000 North Korean soldiers went to Kursk."

He then predicted, "In the next few days, the North Korean military could be put into battle against the Ukrainian military."Pentagon spokesman Pat Ryder

also said at a briefing that "the number of North Korean troops in Kursk is at least 10,000."Spokesman

Rider said, "The total number of North Korean troops in Russia is about 10,000 to 12,000," and drew a line that it is impossible to confirm whether the North Korean military is currently participating in the battle.

However, he warned that "as Secretary Lloyd Austin said last week, if North Korean troops enter the battle against Ukrainian forces, they will become legitimate military targets."
