U.S. "Kim Jong-un Expects Significant Military Technology Support from Russia in exchange for Dispatch"

U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will expect significant military and technical support in exchange for sending troops to Russia.
