The Democratic Party of Korea is raising the level of pressure by repeatedly urging the people to accept the amendment of the special prosecutor's bill ahead of the plenary session of the Special Prosecutor's Act on Kim Gun-hee tomorrow.

The People's Power is confident that the revised special prosecution bill has not changed, saying that it is only a trick.

The Democratic Party criticized the people's power for only criticizing the special prosecutor without justification or logic.

The revision of the special prosecution reiterated that it reflected the content that the ruling party had taken issue with, and warned that there would be no next opportunity if it defied public sentiment again this time.

[Park Chan-dae / Minjoo Party floor leader: I would understand if he said, "We have to be loyal to First Lady Kim Gun-hee, so we oppose the independent counsel law unconditionally."]

He did not rule out the possibility of further negotiations, including the deletion of the "opposition party's right to veto," saying that if the people's power comes up with its own special prosecution.

It has raised the level of the offensive by launching a coalition of presidential impeachment lawmakers named after 41 opposition lawmakers, including the Democratic Party of Korea.

The people's power seems to be determined to oppose the special prosecution, saying that the amendment is nothing more than an eye trick.

Regarding the Democratic Party's additional suspicions about Myung Tae-kyun every day, he stressed that it is the party's consistent logic that the prosecution's investigation comes before the special prosecution.

[Shin Ji-ho / Director of Strategic Planning for People's Power (Channel A 'Political Signal'): Isn't the investigation of Myung Tae-kyun underway right now? Isn't there a substantial review of the arrest warrant the day after tomorrow? We're in the middle of the process. Let's do a special prosecutor It doesn't make sense.]

As Lee Jae-myung's first trial sentence was imminent, he agreed to attack the opposition party regardless of factions, and some analysts say that the opposition's attack on the independent counsel became an opportunity for a unified opposition party.

The ruling party is also considering not attending the independent counsel's vote, but as the opposition party has an absolute majority of seats, the independent counsel is expected to pass without any major unexpected changes.

In fact, the greater interest is how many votes will be cast from the ruling party on the 28th, when the special prosecution law is expected to be re-voted after the exercise of the presidential right to demand reconsideration.

As the so-called "Myeong Tae-kyun suspicions" continue to be raised, anxiety within the party is also read that the current unification stance may be broken at any time.
