First of all, the lowest temperature in Seoul fell below zero for the first time this fall, and the wind chill dropped to around minus five degrees, so isn't this really winter? I'm sure you had these thoughts. The temperature at 9 o'clock in Seoul is now 1.3 degrees Celsius, but the wind chill is -3.6 degrees Celsius, so you can feel the cold air below zero until the morning. In particular, the temperature in Hyangrobong Peak in Goseong, Gangwon-do fell to minus 10 degrees Celsius today, and there are places called Muju and Seolcheonbong in Jeollabuk-do, where the first cold wave warning is in effect, and since it fell to minus 9.4 degrees Celsius, not only the central mountainous area but also the southern mountainous area fell to minus 10 degrees Celsius, showing the coldest weather this fall. The temperature dropped sharply as the cold air came in. That's why people feel the cold more strongly. So, just two days ago, the daytime temperature exceeded 20 degrees, but the temperature dropped by nearly 20 degrees in two days. In the central region, there were two shocks to the extent of the decrease in temperature, but in the southern region, there were shocks all at once. So, the reason why the cold wave warning was issued today is not because it is colder in the south, but because the temperature rate of the cold air is higher in the south. In particular, a cold wave warning was issued in the northern inland of Jeolla-do, because the region also showed a temperature difference of more than 15 degrees at once, and because the cold air came down to the point where the damage was feared. As the cold air is rushing down like this, you should be careful of strong winds, especially at sea, and the waves are very high and very strong. So, I think it's most important to wear multiple layers so that heat doesn't escape. Also, as the temperature drops sharply, blood pressure changes. So, in the case of hypertensive patients and chronically ill patients, you should prepare for blood pressure. There's also a possibility of hypothermia. This can cause severe shocks, which can lead to vasoconstriction and activation of the sympathetic nervous system, which can pose a major health threat. So, in the sudden cold, you should especially try to control your body temperature. I think it would be good to prepare like that so that the body's heat doesn't go out.

First of all, I said it would be cold until mid-November, but it got better right after I came back. Then, the temperature suddenly rose to 20 degrees Celsius, and now in late November, the temperature tends to gradually drop. So most cases fall below zero in late November. So I don't think this cold will last long. Then, the weather is expected to warm up the day after tomorrow, but the temperature will not rise sharply even if it has warmed up. After a little higher than usual, the temperature drops again, and on Saturday, the central inland mountains fall below zero again. So the whole temperature goes down a little bit. So I think you can look at it like this as we're gradually approaching winter. So now, I think it would be good to prepare winter clothes and use winter clothes. As the temperature gradually decreases, it will enter early winter.

The Korea Meteorological Administration has provided a forecast for December, but it is likely to be similar to or slightly higher than the average year by the 15th. However, the trend increases the possibility of the first cold, very cold, coming after the 15th of December, and in this case, the cold in Korea usually falls between minus 10 and 15 degrees Celsius in December.
