Writer Kang Pul expressed confidence in the "light shop" that is drawing attention as a new Disney+ work that will follow "Moving."

Referring to the success of his work 'Moving' at Disney+, webtoon artist Kang Pul said, "Moving' is a genre with superpowers, but I don't think the barriers to entry are high. However, "Light Shop" is an obvious genre, but in fact, it is not common for horror genres to appear in dramas for a long time in Korea, so it is also burdensome for viewers to accept it. But I'm confident because it's fun."It is also the first production of actor Kim Hee-won, who played the role of teacher Choi Il-hwan in
'Moving'. Kim Hee-won said, "I remember my first shooting day as a director. I thought to what extent I had to say okay so that people would enjoy it and sympathize with it,' he recalled.
"In that sense, 'The Lighting Shop' is a unique drama. "People have to sympathize, but I produced it based on the standard of how much uniqueness should be expressed to accept it without burden," he explained.

Joo Ji-hoon said, "I went to the scene without any doubt about director Kim Hee-won. I acted comfortably in a prepared environment without having to worry or express my opinion," he said.
Park Bo-young, who appears as a nurse, said, "Nursing was the third time, so it wasn't burdensome, but the genre was very different. "I acted, thinking that it would be okay to see because the job was the same and the character color was different," he said.
"The Lighting Shop" is Kang's second screenplay writing with Disney+ and is a webtoon that ended popularly in 2011. It is a story about a story that takes place when customers with suspicious secrets come to a lighting shop, the only place that lights the end of a dark alley. It is attracting attention as the most anticipated Disney+ movie to succeed "Moving."
It has a solid acting lineup including actors Joo Ji-hoon, Park Bo-young, Kim Seol-hyun, Bae Seong-woo, Um Tae-gu, Lee Jung-eun, Kim Min-ha, Park Hyuk-kwon, and Kim Dae-myung.
On the 4th of next month, two episodes will be released every week for two weeks, starting with four episodes.
