And on the 12th of next month, the Supreme Court will issue an appeal 10 months after CEO Cho, the prosecution, and both sides appealed.
The Cho Kuk Innovation Party said it expects the Supreme Court to make a decision to repatriate the case based on facts, and that it will do what it will do without wavering regardless of the results.Justice Eom Sang-pil, who was the chief judge of the
appellate court, sentenced CEO Cho's spouse, Professor Jeong Kyeong-sim, to four years in prison in 2021 when he was a senior judge at the Seoul High Court.
At that time, Professor Jeong was found guilty of all charges of corruption in the entrance examination, and the Supreme Court confirmed it.
If CEO Cho is sentenced to two years in prison this time, he will be arrested.If the sentence of
