1,200 pigs died in a pig house fire in Iksan.

A fire broke out at a pig farm in Chunpo-myeon, Iksan-si, Jeollabuk-do, at around 0:30 a.m. today.

There were no casualties in the fire, but one pig house with an area of 1,664㎡ was burned and more than 1,200 pigs died.

Fire authorities and police are extinguishing the fire in about two hours and 20 minutes and investigating the cause of the fire against witnesses and others.
