Citizens on their way to work were inconvenienced by the delay in the operation of Seoul Subway Line 9 this morning (27th).
This led to a series of reports on YTN, including severe congestion inside the vehicle and platform, and even the escalator was shut down due to waiting passengers.
An official of Line 9 said that the vehicle was not broken, and explained that due to heavy snow, the delivery of the vehicle was delayed for an average of about 10 minutes from the base outside the Gaehwa side.
He also said that the dispatch interval is currently being narrowed and that there have been no confirmed casualties.
