Former Governor Kim wrote on his SNS, saying that the "Spring of Seoul" tragedy should not be repeated again and that history cannot be reversed, and that he will join the people to protect the Republic of Korea.
The former governor Kim said he has advanced his plan to return home around February next year to cope with the urgent domestic political situation.
Former Governor Kim is scheduled to enter the country tomorrow afternoon (5th) through Incheon International Airport.
