Yes, officials from the Joint Chiefs of Staff attempted to enter the official residence around noon and deliver a request for attendance to the president of Yoon Suk Yeol, but failed.
Following the presidential office in Yongsan, the official residence refused to receive President Yoon's request for attendance.
The Korea Communications Standards Agency explained that the security agency did not receive a request for attendance because it was not in their responsibility.
However, since we sent an attendance request by mail, we say there is no problem in delivering it as a result.
The government office earlier attempted to deliver a request for attendance to the presidential office, but was rejected and headed to the official residence.
The request for attendance said that President Yoon should attend at 10 a.m. on the 18th to be investigated.
The place of attendance is the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit building in Gwacheon Government Complex, and the charges are civil war and abuse of authority.
In particular, it was found that the attendance request indicated that President Yoon was the head of the civil war and a monk.
He also explained that the co-operation version had sent a request for attendance by express registered mail, and that it had probably been delivered today. In his previous statement, President
Yoon said he would not avoid legal and political responsibilities.
Following the prosecution, the police and the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit are calling for President Yoon to appear, and attention is being paid to what decision he will make.
