President Yoon Suk Yeol has decided to prepare for prosecution and police investigations by forming a defense team represented by former Korea Communications Commission Chairman Kim Hong-il.
However, as the president has not yet decided to attend, the prosecution, the police, and the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit are preparing for the possibility of an emergency.
Reporter Kim Chul-hee reports.

On the day the joint investigation headquarters, which participated in the police and the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, announced the summons to President Yoon, the prosecution's special prosecution also notified the second summons.
When the two sides competitively asked for a presidential summons investigation, the president also formed a team of lawyers to respond in earnest.
However, it is still unknown whether the president will appear on the date he was notified.
If the president repeatedly refuses to comply with the investigation without a "justifiable reason," the investigative agency may obtain an arrest warrant from the court to secure a forced recruit.
The Presidential Security Service also has no legal basis for refusing to execute court-issued arrest warrants,
There is also a possibility that the unprecedented 'arrest of the current president' in
history will become a reality.
[Dongwoon Oh / Senior Civil Servant Crime Investigation Director (last 11th): (You're willing to arrest the president, right?) We have enough will.]
If the arrest warrant is not effective, there is a possibility that an arrest warrant will be requested immediately without investigation.
Earlier, the president refused to comply with the prosecution's first summons notice, citing that "the formation of the lawyers has not been completed."
However, now that the lawyers have been outlined, there is an analysis that if they refuse to comply with the investigation with another reason, the possibility of securing recruits will inevitably increase.
