The police are also speeding up their investigation into 11 members of the State Council who attended the Cabinet meeting before the declaration of emergency martial law, including former Minister of Public Administration and Security Lee Sang-min.

Former Minister Lee Sang-min, who attended the police as a suspect at around 2 p.m. yesterday, was found to have completed the investigation at around 1 a.m. today.
