Gyeonggi Bus Information' app and web service were once suspended... "Finding out the cause."

The Gyeonggi Bus Information app and web service, which collects bus operations in Gyeonggi-do and informs users of expected arrival time and bus location in real time, was once suspended, causing inconvenience to users.

The province explained that the app and web services were suspended due to an unknown error from 5 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.

The actual service interruption time was 4 hours and 40 minutes, but only a notification appeared on the screen of the Gyeonggi Bus Information app that "the system inspection from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. partially stops bus information."

Gyeonggi-do said, "We are trying to find out the cause," and added, "In the future, if such an error occurs, we will inform you that it has not been possible since when."
