Police have secured the recruits of former soldiers who attended the so-called "hamburger meeting" and are continuing to investigate military officials, including the intelligence command.
The Emergency Security Joint Investigation Headquarters arrested a retired army colonel identified only by his surname Kim, who is suspected of carrying out an insurrection yesterday (21st).
Kim gave up the warrant and did not go to the court, but the court issued an arrest warrant for Kim because it judged that he could destroy evidence and flee.
There are a total of three former and current military officials, including Kim, former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won and intelligence commander Moon Sang-ho, who have secured recruits for the hamburger meeting.
The police plan to investigate what kind of discussions were made at the meeting and how much the reservists led by former commander Roh were involved in the martial law incident.
