At today's briefing, the police special investigation team explained what was written in the notebook of former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won secured earlier.
The police secured a notebook at a store in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, where former commander Roh actually lived.
Police explained that the notebook, which is palm-sized and has about 60 pages, contained a lot of information related to martial law.
The police also explained that there was an expression called "NLL, inducing North Korea's attacks on the Northern Limit Line."
However, he said it was not confirmed whether there was actually any action that led to North Korea's attack in the NLL.
Earlier, opposition parties, including the Democratic Party of Korea, accused former Minister Kim Yong-hyun of rebellion and foreign exchange charges, claiming that former Minister Kim Yong-hyun ordered North Korea to strike the origin of the garbage balloon distribution point and deploy our drones over Pyongyang.
In this regard, the police said they are also investigating President Yoon on foreign exchange charges.
Police said the notebook had an expression of a "parliamentary blockade" and described politicians and journalists, religious people, unions and judges as "subject to collection."

It was intended to consist of three departments with about 60 people, including the general manager, and the police explained that the control of the NEC's server appeared to have been their first task.
An official letter of personnel appointment was written in this regard, and the police said they secured related documents from the Ministry of National Defense.
The list also reportedly includes 15 military officials charged with civil war and abuse of authority.
