Kim Dae-sik and Cho Jung-hoon, members of the People's Power, will attend U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration ball in Washington, D.C., on the 20th of next month.
Rep. Kim told reporters at the National Assembly that he received an invitation from a U.S. senator.
The person who invited the two was Senator Ted Cruz, a Republican of the United States who is considered a close aide to President-elect Trump.
Representative Kim said that he will meet with both U.S. senators and political and related figures, and that the Republic of Korea may seem confused, but he plans to build a rapport by asking for trust in the Korean National Assembly and the people.
