LKB& Partners, Lee Gong, and Citizens, the law firms representing the National Assembly, filed a letter of attorney to the Constitutional Court today (23rd).
Lee Kwang-beom, a lawyer representing LKB&Partners, who participates in the lawsuit, was a judge and served as a special prosecutor on the alleged purchase of former President Lee Myung Bak's Naegok-dong private residence in 2012.
In addition, former Constitutional Judge Kim Yi-soo and former Human Rights Commission Chairman Song Doo-hwan participated, and the total number of representatives is 17.
President Yoon, the respondent, has not yet issued a letter of attorney, and Kim Hong-il, former chairman of the Korea Communications Commission, and Yoon Gap-geun, former chief prosecutor of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, are expected to join the delegation.
