The National Police Agency's special investigation team has booked all those involved in the so-called "first and second Lotteria meetings" as suspects and launched a full-fledged investigation.

The special forces announced today (24th) that they transferred Colonel Kim Bong-gyu and Jeong Sung-wook of the Intelligence Command, who attended the first Lotteria meeting, to the High-ranking Government Employees' Criminal Investigation Office as accomplices for rebellion and abuse of authority.

In addition, Colonel Ko Dong-hee, the head of the intelligence agency planning department, who is suspected of operating troops while waiting in Pangyo's intelligence unit just before martial law, was also handed over to the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.

On the 3rd, Gusamhoe Army's 2nd Armored Brigade Commander and Defense Ministry Innovation Planning Officer Bang Jung-hwan, who attended the 2nd Lotteria Meeting and was scheduled to be the head and deputy head of the Investigation Division under the Joint Investigation Headquarters, were booked and summoned as suspects.

In addition, Jung Sung-woo, the first director of the counterintelligence command, who was a reference, was also booked as a suspect, and the special team explained that Jung refused to attend the police, so he changed his status and notified him of the summons.
