A 7-year-old child is drawing attention after it was revealed that a 7-year-old child purchased a Itaewon house sold by actor Yoo Ah-in, who is on trial for drug administration, in full cash.
According to a report on the 26th, Yoo Ah-in sold a detached house in Itaewon, which was purchased for 5.8 billion won under the name of a private agency in 2016, for 6.3 billion won last month.
The buyer is a child born in 2017, who paid 6.3 billion won in full cash without a loan.
At the time of the court's registration of the transfer of ownership, the buyer's address was confirmed as the residence of Park Hwa-mok, the representative of the famous clothing brand "Mardi Mekrdi," and the Soohyun Lee couple.
The house is a detached house with a floor space of one basement to three floors above the ground, and it has drawn attention by appearing in the MBC entertainment show "I Live Alone" starring Yoo Ah-in.
Meanwhile, Yoo Ah-in was put on trial in October last year on charges of 181 doses of propofol from 2020 to 2022 and illegally prescribing sleeping pills in the name of another person.
The first trial court sentenced Yoo Ah-in to one year in prison, and the second trial is currently underway.
Prosecutors have sought a four-year prison term in the second trial, with the final sentence due early next year.
Yoo Ah-in appealed for leniency, saying he would realize the severity of the law at the trial.
