Today, the last day of early voting for the October 16 by-elections, the leaders of the ruling and opposition parties participated side by side in Geumjeong-gu, Busan.

At the meeting, representative Han Dong-hoon took issue with the recent remarks of the Democratic Party of Korea and strongly criticized them as immoral behavior, while representative Lee Jae-myung appealed for a vote to regard the election as the second judgment of the general election.

The People's Power visited a market in Nopo-dong, Busan in the morning and met with merchants.

At the meeting, representative Han Dong-hoon repeatedly promised that as the ruling party, he would come up with standards for reconstruction and redevelopment that fit the normalization of Baptist hospitals and the ban.

After that, CEO Han Dong-hoon will continue his four-hour walking campaign from 2 p.m.

The plan is to encourage voters to vote in advance with an appeal for support as a "Geumjeong-gu longitudinal campaign" starting from Nopo Station and walking to Oncheonjang Station.

Around the same time, floor leader Choo Kyung-ho visits religious circles such as Beomeosa Temple and Gwangmyeong Temple to support them.

As Busan is the traditional support base of the ruling party, it seems that it is making all-out efforts to defend itself.

The Democratic Party of Korea, which aims for a reversal in the neck-and-neck structure, also visited Geumjeong-gu, Busan and appealed for a "one-vote event."

Representative Lee Jae-myung and floor leader Park Chan-dae visited Geumjeong-gu sports facilities and met citizens.

At the meeting, representative Lee reiterated the regime's judgment theory and said, "Please vote with the idea that selecting one district chief determines the future of the country."

[Lee Jae-myung / Democratic Party leader: If you still don't know why you were judged in the general election, you should take this opportunity to make a second judgment. Please show me the national yellow card and the second yellow card.]

Cho Kuk, the leader of the Cho Kuk Innovation Party, will focus on winning votes for residents in Yeonggwang and Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do today.

Jeollanam-do has a particularly high early voting rate.

As of 1 p.m. today, 14.96% in Busan, 22.46% in Incheon, and 34.96% in Jeonnam.

Today, the last day of early voting, voters in the area where the by-elections take place can vote at any early polling station in the election area until 6 p.m.

As the election campaign heats up, the level of checks seems to be increasing.

In particular, the remarks in question came out over the election of the head of Busan Geumjeong-gu, right?

Yes, the by-election for the head of Busan Geumjeong-gu District Office was held after his predecessor, Kim Jae-yoon, died of a cerebral hemorrhage.

The beginning of the controversy was Kim Young-bae's SNS post of the Democratic Party of Korea.

In his article supporting the Democratic Party candidate, he was aiming at Kim, the former head of the district, asking if he would take the power of the people to provide the cause of the by-election and waste taxpayers' money.

People protested that the power of the people was an insult to the deceased who died of illness.Representative

pointed out that it was immoral behavior at the campaign site today, and pointed out that lawmaker Kim said the same thing recently in an open schedule, but now the Democratic Party of Korea's decision to discipline him was conscious of votes.

[Han Dong-hoon / Representative of People's Power] I don't think it was accidental. At a campaign rally where everyone thought it reflected the Democratic Party of Korea's thoughts, Rep. Kim Young-bae made the same but stronger remarks. Not then, but now?]

The Democratic Party of Korea is wary of escalation, emphasizing that Rep. Kim apologized and said he would take disciplinary action at the party level.

Spokesperson Han Min-soo told reporters at the National Assembly today, "I don't think political strife should hurt the deceased, their families, and the residents of Geumjeong, Busan."

Some analysts say that the by-election, which selects four superintendents of Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education and heads of local governments, is particularly meaningful compared to its size because political leadership depends on the absence of major elections for the time being.
