Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, had a luncheon meeting with former Environment Minister Yoon Yeo-joon, who is called the "conservative camp planner."Former Minister
Yoon said at the meeting, "The international situation and the domestic situation are becoming more difficult, but no matter what policy the president implements, it will not be effective because the public's trust is low," adding, "Representational Lee's role is great."
"Politicians must compete to win public trust, but it is not politics that lives and dies," he said, criticizing that it may be because people who are less trained in democracy take power.
Representative Lee also pointed out that politicians should reconcile and meet again even though they fight, but now politicians hate each other and have emotional hostility.
After the luncheon meeting, Lee told reporters that the worse the situation and the more difficult it is, the more we need to meet and talk to Han Dong-hoon, the leader of the People's Power, and urged the ruling and opposition parties to hold talks again, saying it would be difficult but it would be better to see each other often.
