President Yoon Suk Yeol said the central government will provide strong support to overcome the challenges and crises facing the Republic of Korea and make a leap forward.President

Yoon attended the 2nd Local Autonomy and Balanced Development Day Ceremony held in Gangwon State today (6th) for the second consecutive year and said balanced regional development should be realized.

He explained that it is most important to ensure that enough good jobs are created in the region, and that more companies and talents will come to the region only when education and medical care are supported.

At the same time, he emphasized that he would protect the lives and health of local residents by establishing a complete and essential medical system in the region at a rapid pace.President

Yoon congratulated six local governments, including Gangwon, on being newly designated as special opportunity development zones today, following eight in June, adding that the local economy will revive when large-scale investments by companies begin in earnest.
