Park said at the Supreme Council that the National Assembly impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol, but the process of the Constitutional Court's judgment remains and should proceed smoothly.
He then urged the people to cooperate bipartisanly in the process of consenting to the appointment of constitutional judges, saying, "Now is not the time to consider party politics."
