The size of military equipment, including military vehicles and live ammunition, was specifically revealed during the December 3 emergency martial law.
According to the data submitted by Rep. Baek Seung-ah of the Democratic Party of Korea from the Ministry of National Defense, the Special Forces Command and the Defense Command mobilized 107 military vehicles, including 26 45-seat large buses, and 12 Black Hawk helicopters carrying 707 special members flew during martial law.
It is estimated that at least 10,000 rounds were carried by martial law forces at the time, of which 3,960 ordinary rounds used for combat or training were reported to have been dispatched to 707 special leases, and 5,000 rounds were sent to water defense.
However, the military said it did not provide live bullets to individuals, but stored them in a carton loaded on a vehicle or helicopter.
In addition, martial law forces were found to have carried personal equipment, including night vision goggles, sniper firearms, and drone jamming guns that neutralized drones at the time.
