At least 13 people were killed when a Navy high-speed boat broke down at the western Indian port of Mumbai, hitting a nearby ferry, Indian media reported.
At 3:55 p.m. yesterday, a Navy high-speed boat that was testing engines lost control and collided with a passenger ship at Mumbai Port.The ferry capsized when the
high-speed boat crashed at full speed, killing 10 of the 110 passengers on the ferry and 3 of the 5 passengers on the high-speed boat.
The rest of the ferry's passengers were rescued by Navy and Coast Guard ships and taken to hospitals.
