Conflicts are also intensifying in politics over the "insurrection independent counsel" and the Kim Gun-hee independent counsel law, which passed the National Assembly led by the Democratic Party.

It has become difficult to launch a parliamentary consultative body between the ruling and opposition parties, which was scheduled today (26th).

The Democratic Party again criticized President Yoon Suk Yeol for refusing to attend the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and demanded an early arrest investigation.

He repeatedly pressed Acting President Han Deok-soo to accept the special prosecution, saying that the delay in the investigation would lead to public distrust.

[Han Min-soo / Spokesperson of the main opposition Minjoo Party: Why is acting Han Deok-soo obstructing the investigation into civil war and ignoring the people's demands? Are you admitting yourself to being an accomplice in the civil war?]

As an acting president ordered the ruling and opposition parties to renegotiate the independent counsel law, the government and the leadership of the two major parties were on the verge of collapse from the beginning.

The Democratic Party cited that it was not ready for working-level consultations on the strength of the people, a seemingly leadership change period, but
Inside
, there was a fierce reaction that Han was trying to use the national affairs consultative body as a means of maintaining civil war, not recovering people's livelihoods.

The People's Power countered that the Democratic Party is trying to break the table, saying the agenda is already ready to be discussed in the consultative body.

He urged the opposition to cooperate, saying that there are a number of pending issues of people's livelihood and security that need to be resolved, including the nomination of vacant defense ministers and administrative security ministers.

He said he could never receive an unagreed special prosecutor, but he joined hands with acting president Han, saying there was room for consultation except for the toxin clause.

[Kim Dae-sik / Senior spokesman for the People's Power Party (KBS Radio's 'Absolute Shooting') : The opposition party is monopolizing the recommendation of candidates for the special prosecution. The third-party independent counsel law is still alive, so I have the will to discuss it and try this....]

The People's Power decided to participate in the parliamentary investigation of the martial law situation, which is promoted by National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik's authority, and submitted a list of members.

However, the opposition party suspects that the ruling party's strategy to obstruct the truth will not change, so this is not expected to be smooth.
