192 people voted and participated, and all 192 people voted for it.

A majority of the registered lawmakers, that is, more than 151 out of 300 lawmakers, have been satisfied.

Earlier, the ruling and opposition parties failed to reach an agreement on the terms of the impeachment motion.

The Democratic Party argued that Han Deok-soo should apply the standard of prime minister, while the ruling party argued that it should be viewed as a presidential position.

This is because the president has stricter impeachment requirements than other ordinary civil servants.

In terms of the prime minister alone, the impeachment bill is passed only when 151 out of 300 lawmakers approve it, and at least 200 consent is required if considered president.

In other words, Chairman Woo Won-sik sided with the Democratic Party's logic, which insisted on a majority, and Chairman Woo said that the impeachment decision calls for the dismissal of the "jobs" and that Han's position was the prime minister.

It comprehensively reviewed the opinions of the Constitutional Academia and the Legislative Investigation Agency, and emphasized that the chairman has the authority to make parliamentary decisions under the National Assembly Act.

Did the ruling party participate in the vote?

First of all, he entered the plenary session after the impeachment bill was proposed.

When Chairman Woo Won-sik declared that he would apply the "over-the-counter" standard, he surrounded the chairman's seat and shouted "the source is invalid."He did not participate in the vote, chanting slogans such as

{Chairman resignation' and 'Abuse of Authority', and after that, he continued a denunciation contest at the Rotender Hall of the National Assembly.

Floor leader Kwon Sung-dong argued that the impeachment bill, which failed to meet two-thirds, or 200 votes in favor, was invalid and insisted that Han continue his duties.

Prior to the plenary session, senior lawmakers, including floor leader Kwon Sung-dong, visited the National Assembly Speaker and appealed for the ruling party's position.

The Democratic Party's successive impeachment push is for the early presidential election of Chairman Lee Jae-myung, and Chairman Woo is asking the opposition to put a brake on the indiscriminate impeachment prosecution.

The people's power is expected to take legal action such as a request for a power dispute trial and a request for an injunction to suspend its effectiveness.

Joo Jin-woo, chairman of the party's legal advisory committee, also said at a meeting this morning that if the National Assembly speaker interprets the quorum as he likes, it will be viewed as an infringement of the ruling party's deliberation and voting rights.
