A "sale conversion type purchase rental house" that can be bought and sold after six years of rental is recruiting the first tenant.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced that it will recruit residents of 1,900 pre-sale conversion rental households, including 317 monthly rent-type households and 774 reliable lease-type households, from tomorrow (31st) across the country.
In the case of reliable lease on a deposit basis, it is supplied at 90% rent of the market price without looking at income and asset requirements, but the conversion of the sale is for those who meet certain income and asset requirements as of the time they move in.
The sale conversion price is set as the average of the appraised value at the time of moving in and at the time of sale six years later, and if you do not want to convert the sale, you can live for the same period as a general purchased rental house.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport aims to sign a contract for 110,000 purchased rental houses by next year, and plans to supply 50,000 of them in a pre-sale conversion type.
