The delivery platform and the win-win consultative body between the stores to derive a win-win plan for delivery fees have not reached an agreement despite three months of discussions.

As a result, the discussion will continue next month beyond the deadline set by the government.

Yesterday afternoon at Shinhan Bank headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, a win-win consultative group for delivery platforms and branch companies failed to reach an agreement on easing the fee burden, the biggest issue as a result of the ninth meeting.

However, there was a consensus on the direction of the remaining items that the store companies have demanded, such as marking fees and delivery fees on consumer receipts and changing the terms of the delivery platform membership benefits.

Accordingly, the win-win consultative body decided to hold an additional meeting on the 4th of next month to continue to try to derive a win-win plan.
