The Korea Communications Commission held a regional broadcasting content exchange cooperation event to expand the overseas expansion of local broadcasting.
Today's (6th) event at the Golden Seoul Hotel was organized to promote the distribution of excellent programs produced by local broadcasters to the global market and content collaboration between local and overseas broadcasters.
Officials from 10 broadcasters from four countries, including Taiwan, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, and Japan, attended the exchange and cooperation event, including 20 local broadcasters in Korea.
Broadcasting officials also shared their representative programs and held business meetings for discussions between broadcasters who wished to exchange.
Kim Tae-kyu, acting chairman of the Korea Communications Commission, said he hopes the event will further revitalize the co-production and distribution exchanges of excellent content between broadcasters around the world.
