The Fair Trade Commission has taken measures to revise the so-called "Sudme Gapjil" terms and conditions.

When preparations began in earnest, things that I couldn't understand were repeated.
[Mr. A / Wedding preparation agency consumer: I didn't choose a dress, did nothing, and I asked him to postpone the day I went to see it for a week, but he suddenly paid a penalty of 55,000 won....]
I thought it would be included when I took wedding photos, but I was asked for an additional fee for the original photo.
[Mr. A / Wedding preparation agency consumer: We always get 440,000 won and 550,000 won for the original fee." "Actually, this is not an option but a must-have item, so I think it should be included in the package."
As such, there is a constant noise related to the "Sudme" contract that bothers prospective couples.
If you choose a dress that you have to try on, you have to pay a dress fitting fee.
If the wedding time is lunchtime, getting makeup early in the morning requires so-called 'early start cost'.
The Fair Trade Commission looked at the terms and conditions of 18 marriage preparation agencies and made them include these essential options in their basic services, which have been charged extra.
It also corrected five other unfair terms and conditions, including unclear indications of detailed penalties and excessive penalties.
