The second issue is "APT~ APT~"…What can't you do if you win the subscription? It's called
I think you're talking about a trick to win the
subscription.

[Reporter]
127 cases were caught in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's investigation while using such tricks.

This is the result of a survey conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in the first half of this year on suspected complexes among pre-sale complexes in the second half of last year.

There were 107 cases of fake transfers to increase subscription qualifications or additional points, and subtle methods were employed.

Let's take a look at the case.

A, who works for a public company in Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do with her husband, moved into Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do alone and won a special supply apartment for newlyweds in Unjeong New Town, Paju.

While living in Gimcheon-si, he deceived me as if I lived alone in Gwangmyeong-si.

This is still a man.

I didn't hesitate to get a fake divorce.

Mr. B, who lived with three children in his house, had a consensual divorce from his husband and was sold a special supply apartment for multi-child households as a homeless man with three children.

After legally divorcing her husband, who has an apartment, she has qualified for a special supply for multiple children.

In addition, there were cases where the developer conspired with the winner of the lower-floor apartment and handed over the royal floor.

The developer received a down payment to the person who gave up the contract after winning the lower floor and handed over the Royal Family's supplies, which were missing due to the ineligible win, under the guise of a first-come, first-served supply.

In addition, there were cases in which a broker bought the qualifications and signed a contract with a proxy subscription for a subscription that only certain qualifications, such as North Korean defectors, were available.

All the tricks are mobilized, how do you deal with these fraudulent subscriptions?

[Reporter]
Of course, the subscription is invalid, and you have to bear criminal punishment.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport warned that if it is found to be a fraudulent subscription, it could be sentenced to up to three years in prison or fined up to 30 million won.

And this survey only targeted suspected complexes among the pre-sale complexes in the second half of last year, and said it is conducting a full investigation in the case of pre-sale complexes in the metropolitan area.

The song "Apartment" is gaining popularity these days.

Last month, Lee Chang-yong, the governor of the Bank of Korea, made an interesting joke about the song "Apartment" during a lecture at Sogang University.

Let's listen to it for a second.

[Lee Chang-yong / Governor of the Bank of Korea (October 31): I think it is very important to set housing prices. I'm also considering monetary policy now and I'm quite worried that apartment prices will go up because of Rosé's APT recently.]

Perhaps the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is worried that the number of fraudulent subscriptions will increase further due to the song 'Apartment'.

Of course, it's my personal opinion.
