Four out of 10 job seekers feel that their employment doors are narrower in the second half of this year than in the first half of this year.

In addition, job seekers are more likely to realize the so-called "work-life balance" and prefer jobs that can work in the Seoul metropolitan area for an annual salary of 30 million won.

According to a survey of 1,000 job seekers aged 20 to 34 by the Korea Employers Federation, 43.1% of the respondents said the employment environment in the second half of this year was worse than in the first half.

On the other hand, only 6.7% said they had improved.

In addition, 59.2% of unemployed young people cited the possibility of "work-life balance" as a criterion for judging "fine" jobs, followed by employee benefits, welfare systems, and fair compensation.

The Korea Employers Federation said the survey confirmed that unemployed young people want evaluation and compensation based on performance and value personal life such as work-life balance.
