Last month, an exclusive area of 84㎡ was contracted for 100 million won in deposit and 3.3 million won in monthly rent.

Compared to the deposit of 100 million won and monthly rent of 2.9 million won in June, it jumped about 400,000 won in four months.

In addition, the monthly rent price has risen from 3.5 million won to 3.6 million won.

There is also an increasing number of landlords who turn their lease to half-rent or monthly rent.

In fact, according to KB Real Estate's monthly housing price trend, the monthly rent index of apartments in Seoul has steadily risen every month and exceeded its all-time high this month.

In particular, the increase in monthly rent demand has been noticeable since the government tightened lending regulations in September.

Some predict that if the rate of monthly rent increases like this, monthly rent will be raised further.

In addition to apartments, the average monthly rent for studio apartments in Seoul last month was the highest in five months, and the burden of housing for ordinary people is increasing day by day.
