The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs said 540 hectares of agricultural facilities, including facility houses and livestock houses, were hit by heavy snow as of 10 p.m. last night (2nd).

470,000 livestock, including cows and pigs, died, with 466,000 chickens accounting for the majority.

By region, Gyeonggi-do Province had the largest area due to damage from 308 hectares of agricultural facilities.
