10,000 apartments were sold in the first month of the new year.down 8.8% from January this year

Next month, the first month of the new year, more than 10,000 household apartments are expected to be supplied across the country.

Real Today, a research firm specializing in real estate, said in January that 16,46 apartments will be supplied from 14 complexes across the country, of which 7,848 are for general sale.

The general sales volume is down 8.8% compared to January this year and 39.4% compared to this month.

1,465 households in the metropolitan area and 6,383 households in the provinces will be on the market for general sale.
