The World Fireworks Festival, which beautifully embroidered the night sky of Seoul.

Last weekend, 1.07 million people came to see the mesmerizing scene up close.

One-tenth of Seoul citizens visited the banks of the Han River.

At the same time as the fireworks exploded, sales at convenience stores near the Han River also exploded.

Sales at 12 convenience stores increased 8.7 times from a week ago, according to GS25,

The busiest convenience store recorded a whopping 15 million won in sales for three hours from 3 p.m.

By item, mats were sold more than 80 times compared to the previous week, disposable auxiliary batteries were nearly 70 times, and cold products such as hot packs were 50 times higher.

In addition, in the case of convenience stores equipped with cooking machines for Han River ramen, sales jumped sharply as customers flocked to eat ramen and go home after the event.

Unlike the rapturous night sky, there was an unbeautiful appearance everywhere.

Yesterday, some online communities reported that residents living in apartments near the fireworks festival site suffered inconvenience from outsiders entering.

"A couple who were not residents came to my front door proudly and were watching the fireworks festival."

"When I opened the front door and tried to leave, I was sitting in front of my front door with a chair."

A photo of a citizen holding a wine glass on the railing of an apartment building's hallway was also shared, along with the words, "Watching a fireworks festival with a wine glass in the hallway in front of someone else's house."

In addition, garbage mountains were created everywhere at the place where the crowd escaped after the festival.

As you can see, all kinds of garbage, including food waste and plastic bags, have been thrown away throughout the Han River Park.
It is said that as many as 58 tons of garbage were collected by 8 a.m. yesterday morning, the day after the
festival.

It's 10 times more than a week ago.

I hope next year will be a festival that shows a sense of citizenship that shines as much as a beautiful flame.
